By purchasing this program, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this program are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

 

Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Coach's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
      1. modify or copy the materials;
      2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
      3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
      4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
      5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Coach at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Refunds + Program Termination

Under the terms of this agreement and due to the digital nature of this program, there is a no refunds, transfers, or cancellations policy on any purchase of the Live Well Program. You will have access to the Live Well Program for 12 months from date of purchase. Before your program ends you are free to download and save the worksheets provided for future personal use.

 

Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Coach's website shall be governed by the laws of the Coach's home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

Acceptance

By completing the initial purchase of this Program, the Client (Purchaser) understands that the terms of this agreement are acceptable, and that they are agreeing to the terms of this agreement in their entirety.

The completing their purchase and checking the required terms agreement acceptance at checkout, the Client acknowledges that: (1) they have reviewed this agreement; (2) they have had an opportunity to discuss the contents with the Coach and, if desired, to have it reviewed by an attorney; and (3) the Client understands, accepts and agrees to abide by the terms hereof.
